Please read these terms in full before using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using our products, services, Discord server, indicators, tools, or related content (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nature of the Service

The Service provides access to educational content, analytical tools, market commentary, indicators, and community discussion. Nothing provided constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

No Investment Advice / No Guarantees

We do not provide personalized investment advice or guarantees of profitability. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made independently at your own risk. Any examples of performance, results, or potential earnings are for illustrative purposes only and are not typical or guaranteed. Individual results will vary.

AI and Automation Disclosure

Some tools may reference AI or automation. These may include rule-based systems or human oversight and are not guaranteed to be accurate, timely, or profitable.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in financial markets in your jurisdiction.

License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal use only.

Refund Policy — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a limited money-back guarantee on your initial subscription payment, subject to the conditions below. Except as expressly provided by this guarantee, all sales are final once access is granted, due to the digital nature of the Service.

  1. Eligibility window. You must submit your refund request within seven (7) days of your initial purchase — that is, on or before the seventh (7th) day following your purchase. Requests made after the 7th day are not eligible.
  2. How to request. To request a refund, you must follow the full process and provide all required details as set out in our Refund & Return Policy (including your checkout email, order/receipt number, order date, last 4 digits of the card used, your Whop username, your TradingView username, and a specific reason). Requests that do not follow that process may not be honored.
  3. Scope. The guarantee applies once per customer, to weekly and monthly subscription plans only, and covers your initial subscription payment only. Renewal and recurring payments are non-refundable. Lifetime and other one-time purchases are FINAL SALE, non-refundable, and excluded from this guarantee.
  4. Revocation of access. If a refund is issued, your access to the Service will be revoked, and you may not continue to use the Service after receiving a refund.

Separately from this guarantee, verified billing errors will be reviewed and, where confirmed, refunded at our sole discretion.

User Conduct

You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute content or access; copy or reverse-engineer proprietary tools; engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing the Service, you agree to first contact support at support@tradingpilotai.com to resolve any billing issues before initiating a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and restrictions on future purchases.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or harmful behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of the Service, including trading losses, missed opportunities, inaccuracies, or interruptions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
